Growing up, I had no sport background and I only started being serious about my athletic endeavor couple of years ago in my late 30s. I was lucky to have crossed paths with sherif el Naggar at that time because mental toughness coaching has been essential forming part of my journey. Besides helping me overcome many limiting beliefs, hurdles and challenging experiences, the biggest addition was that it helped me to understand the kind of athlete I would like to become: a compass that guides me every day.

Working with MTC was one of the best decisions I’ve taken. Coach Tarek’s help had really affected me in a very good way. We worked on life related issues not only tennis like stress, anxiety, and performance in general. Since the first session, I felt really relaxed talking, and I believe that from every session I took, I learned different outcomes and routines that I can implement in everyday life situations. Not just has Coach Tarek assisted me with beating various hindrances I had placed before myself for my athletic life, but his guidance has helped hugely in my own life. Through our sessions I have sorted out what really matters to me, what my qualities and values are and how to settle on decisions that are ideal for me. I feel like I am almost there at having the tools and abilities to confront whatever life tosses at me and to emerge from the opposite side actually smiling and having a positive attitude towards the situation. I'm a very different person compared to the one at my first session with him and I thank him for that, and we still have a long journey ahead of us.

Working with Sherif El Naggar from MTC has been a life changer for me.
Starting an athletic journey after thirty has been a physical challenge that i've been able to conquer with continous practice but the real challenge was the mental ability to perform in a race... Sherif was very helpful using many techniques and guidance to help me perform at my highest potential. And now, I was able to finish many races with enough confidence and the awareness
